Q.  Is this a REAL share of stock?
A. Yes! Once we get your order, we send a transfer request to the transfer agent that handles the stock that you ordered. They will issue a single share of stock in the registrant's name and send the stock certificate to us for framing.
   
Q. Why (when) do I need to give you a social security number?
A. When a stock pays dividends, the issuing company must send its shareholders a 1099 form at the end of the year. Some transfer companies require a W-9 on file before they will issue shares of stock, others will issue the stock, but then require you to complete a W-9 later. In all cases, the stock holder will eventually need to provide their social security number.
